John T. Campbell, M.D., is Board Certified and offers expertise in complex foot and ankle trauma (including care of geriatric patients with foot and ankle trauma), complex reconstruction including revision surgery, and arthroscopy/sports medicine.
Dr. Campbell received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery post-graduate residency training. Dr. Campbell completed his orthopedic fellowship with a concentration in foot and ankle surgery under the instruction of Dr. Mark Myerson in Baltimore.
Dr. Campbell previously was Chief, Division of Foot & Ankle Surgery, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, at Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He also served as Chief of Orthopedic Surgery, 89th Medical Operations Squadron, Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base.
Currently the Associate Editor of Foot & Ankle International, Dr. Campbell has authored numerous publications and participated in editorial review boards. Dr. Campbell has extensive teaching experience, including teaching courses and presenting lectures to various professional organizations regarding foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Campbell was named by Baltimore Magazine a 2009 "Top Doctor" in the Orthopedic/Foot and Ankle specialty.
