What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
- Medical records from your referring physician and any other pulmonologist you have seen.
- Hard copies of your chest x-rays and chest CT scans. These may be in the form of films or a CD.
- A current list of medications you are taking (names, doses, frequency).
- Insurance card.
- Cash to utilize parking services.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Office Visits - Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Pulmonary Function Tests – If you are scheduled for pulmonary function tests (PFTs), please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the PFT appointment time. You must first register in the Admissions Office, located on the Lobby Level of the Main Hospital.
Do I need a referral for my appointment at The Lung Center?
This depends on your insurance coverage. Please check with your insurance company. If in doubt, you can call The Lung Center, and we will assist you.
What forms of payment does The Lung Center accept?
We accept cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa.
How do I get to The Lung Center at Mercy?
